The biggest changes for social media marketers and X users include replacing the platform's blue bird logo with the X logo and Musk's request that tweets be marked with an x.

X subscription
X users have the option to purchase subscriptions to the people and companies they follow on the platform. Subscriptions offer bonus content, exclusive previews, subscriber-only spaces, subscription badges, and other benefits. If your X account offers subscriptions, you will see a “Subscription” button on your profile. Each X creator chooses one of X preset price points to set the monthly price for their subscription.
X premium
X Users must have an active subscription to X Premium to receive a blue check mark indicating that their account is verified and legitimate. In addition to being an X Premium account, to receive a blue checkmark, your account must have a display name, profile picture, verified phone number, and be free of any misleading or deceptive indicators.
An X Premium subscription includes the ability to edit posts within an hour of posting, 50% fewer ads in your account's newsfeed, prioritization in conversations and searches, formatting of post text, and more. Posts can be up to 25,000 characters instead of the standard 280 characters that Twitter (now X) is known for.
Verified Organization
The Verified Organizations service, which is offered to businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, displays a gold check mark instead of a blue check mark to let users know that the account is an official organization. Verified organizations also have access to affiliation badges, premium support, and impersonation protection.
