Only 5 months after its release, tick tock's Effect creator rewards program The first significant upgrade is coming. This revenue stream, which pays the individuals behind popular video effects, will now be available in 14 more countries with newly eased entry requirements.
Initially, the Effect Creator Rewards program was limited to six countries: the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. TikTok is currently expanding its list of territories by granting access to the program in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam. Initially, creators could only qualify for the Rewards program's $6 million in funding if one of their effects was used in 500,000 unique videos within 90 days of the original publication date . Creators can also qualify thanks to TikTok's new terms
Compensation will be paid if the effect appears in 200,000 videos. To be eligible for the program, participants must have published at least 3 effects that appear in her 1,000 videos and at least 5 effects overall.
