Social Media Marketing Internship: ATL – Summer 2024

We have multiple social media marketing internship opportunities available. Applying for this position will give you access to all internship opportunities within this field. These internships will take place in the Atlanta area.

your role responsibilities
- Involved in social media planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring social campaigns and initiatives to life.
- Draft an editorial calendar and schedule posts
- Development of materials and decks for presentations and meetings
- Conducting market research
- We help conceive and execute social media campaigns, including planning, deployment, and reporting.
- We work with our brand marketing, PR, brand creative teams and agencies to bring your campaigns to life.
- Draft your editorial calendar, make copies, and schedule posts.
- Engage directly with your fans and let your community manage your social pages.
- Creative support for Instagram Stories, TikTok videos, fun memes, and more.
qualifications and experience
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree program at an accredited U.S. college or university throughout the internship period (proof of enrollment required)
- Must be a growing junior or senior *university student* Student (18 years or older)
- Good academic performance (GPA 3.0 or higher)

What you need to know before applying:
- Summer programs are 11 weeks long, regardless of start/end options. The program date options are:
- Option 1: June 3rd to August 16th
- Option 2: June 10th to August 23rd
- Interns are expected to work 35-40 hours per week. hybrid capacity.
- Our internships are paid opportunities with competitive hourly rates. No credits required. However, upon request, we will provide you with the documents necessary to earn school credits. We are not moving.
- Interviews will be held from February to mid-April. If your experience and interests match an internship position, a member of the WBD team will contact you. Due to the large number of applications, we are unable to inform you of individual circumstances.

In accordance with local law, we disclose compensation or the extent of compensation for roles where we are legally required to do so. Actual pay will vary and may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, and performance. The fee listed is just one element of his total compensation package for Warner Bros. Discovery employees. Salary: $19 per hour for undergraduate level interns and $25 per hour for graduate level interns.
