Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign performance analysis: Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), return on investment (ROI), customers, etc. Monitor, track and analyze. Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Data Interpretation: Extract, interpret, and present data insights clearly and meaningfully to marketing stakeholders. Turn data into actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and improve customer experience.
- A/B testing: Plan and run A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies, landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to drive continuous improvement. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the digital marketing landscape.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work with your marketing team to identify improvements to your website and landing pages to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
- Reports and Dashboards: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to regularly showcase the performance of your digital marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.
- SEO analysis: Analyze your website traffic, keyword performance, and backlink profile to identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Paid advertising: We help you manage and optimize your paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other related channels.
- Social Media Insights: Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Collaborative approach: Work closely with your marketing team, content creators, designers, and developers to align your digital marketing efforts with your overall business goals and marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Engineering degree required. An MBA would be a bonus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing analysis and optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Linkedin Ads, and Facebook Insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and principles.
- Knowledge of A/B testing techniques and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
