NEW YORK: Ruder Finn acquired New York-based digital marketing agency Flightpath earlier this month.
The deal builds on the expansion of Ruder Finn's digital integration group and its AI-powered RF Studio53, which launched last summer.
Jon Fox, Founder and CEO of Flightpath, will report to Kathy Bloomgarden, Global CEO of Ruder Finn. The deal adds Ruder Finn to a team of 25 creative and digital marketing experts. There will be no layoffs or headcount reductions as a result of this acquisition.
Fox said the FlightPath team will work out of the company's Manhattan offices until the end of the year, when it plans to move to Ruder Finn's New York location.

Flightpath specializes in healthcare, pet care, consumer services, CPG, business and financial services, and nonprofit sectors. Last month, Ruder Finn acquired Ateline, a United Arab Emirates (UAE)-founded agency headquartered in Dubai.
