The event will begin with a 10-minute expert presentation to help you understand the latest strategies and solutions.
From there, participants will transition into expert-led roundtable discussions, each followed by an intensive 20-minute discussion. Once the time is up, experts from different tables will rotate to continue the session and allow participants to glean insights from various industry leaders.
Attendees will also hear from keynote speaker Duarte Carreira, Senior Digital Manager at Godiva Thameslink Railway (GTR). He takes a customer-centric approach designed to improve the user experience, stimulate growth and drive dynamic engagement.
