In preparation for the first Las Vegas Super Bowl, Grimes' responsibilities include super bowl decorations, marketing and public relations development of the host committee's events, programs and initiatives, and planning and activities for the thousands of visiting media members. Adjustments were included. Months before the Super Bowl, Grimes hosted a media trip with national teams. Reuters, forbes, pollster, bloomberg, athletic and more, giving attendees an intimate behind-the-scenes look at Las Vegas as a premier sports destination.
Prior to taking on the role on the host committee, Grimes represented many beloved Las Vegas companies and brands, including Cosmopolitan. Lavo, Tao, Marquee from Tao Group. and the former SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
Grimes champions several local causes, particularly in education and student enrichment. She serves on the board of Leaders in Training Las Vegas, which empowers diverse first-generation college graduates and encourages their leadership skills.
