A series of workshops on the fundamentals of graphic design and digital marketing aimed at freelancers and small businesses are being held in Stockport.
The workshop, run by Madlab as part of the Make Stuff project, which also includes a number of activities as part of the borough's Town of Culture Digifest programme, will take place in Stockport Town in April and May 2024. It will be held at Profork in the center.
The Graphic Design Workshop will introduce Canva, an online platform that helps participants learn how to create social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
Our introductory digital marketing workshop will teach you the basics of getting your brand noticed online, including understanding your audience, the power of search engine optimization, and how to interpret analytics and measure marketing success. The Next Steps workshop takes a deep dive into strategic implementation based on established marketing foundations and sees participants develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with business goals and targets the right audience.
