IIFL Securities has appointed Pooja Menon Vaidya as its new Vice President, Digital Marketing. She previously worked at Kotak Life as her AVP of Digital Marketing Department.

Prior to this, Vaidya was AVP – Digital Marketing at Kotak Life from 2020 to 2024. She spearheaded all digital marketing efforts for the company's online business, including paid advertising, SEO, content, analytics, paid social, display campaigns, and performance. She will be responsible for driving revenue through media campaigns and organic, with a focus on conversion and sales, with an emphasis on cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.
Prior to joining Kotak Life, Vaidya served as Digital Marketing Manager at Aditya Birla Capital from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016 he worked as an Account Manager for Digital and Performance Marketing at iProspect. Vaidya also worked at Binary Web. From 2013 to 2015, she served as Head of Social Media and Communications at Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to joining Binary, she served as Account Manager for Digital Marketing at Customer Centria from 2012 to 2013.
Prior to Customer Centria, he was a marketing and business development project executive at Direxions from 2011 to 2012. She holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management and Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management. Vaidya also pursued the Digital and Social Media Marketing and Analytics Executive Education Program at the Indian Institute of Management.
