Peter Watson and Bradley McKechnie, former directors of Distract, are the founders of digital marketing agency Lincoln and Steve, founder and managing director of Umbrella Brands Group, which runs affiliate marketing agency ThoughtMix. Sold to Mr. Bryant.
Bryant founded Thoughtmix in 2015 and has worked with brands such as cardfactory, National Express, and The Couture Club.
He will become Distract's new managing director, transforming Distract into a specialist paid media agency.
Bryant will work with Stephanie Henderson, director of commercial and strategy, and Hannah Langton, director of delivery, to implement new business strategies and tactics.
Bryant wants to focus Distract's services on B2C e-commerce, B2B, and education.
