Brooklyn Brewery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence including website management, e-commerce platform migration and maintenance, and ensuring our assets are up to date with retailer and third party sites. Masu. Digital Marketing Managers play a key role in creating and managing digital strategies and creating assets to support them, while driving increased online visibility, engagement, and revenue.
They will report directly to the Senior Marketing Director and work closely with the Brand Director, Design Team, Tasting Room Team, and associated agencies and developers.
Responsibilities include managing and optimizing:
Brooklyn Brewery website
- Audit your main site and rebuild your platform if necessary
- Improve the UX of Brooklyn Brewery's website and ecomm platform, including page creation, design, and support with help from external developers.
- Manage and maintain our website and ensure it is up to date, easy to use, and SEO optimized.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
electronic communication
- Migrate your current electronic communications platform to a more efficient electronic communications solution
- Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
- Increase traffic and sell-through across the board, but especially in the merchandise and non-alcoholic categories
- Plan and oversee your DTC strategy
Retailers, Third Party Platforms, Review Sites
- We work with external partners and vendors to ensure our assets are current and effective on retailer sites (e.g. Target, Whole Foods), electronic delivery sites (e.g. Minibar), and review sites (e.g. Yelp, Google Reviews, TapRm). Make sure it is expressed correctly.

- Work with the creative team to develop engaging digital assets such as graphics, videos, and copy.
- Work with paid advertising and media partners to improve marketing results and web traffic.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Identify key metrics to measure the success of your marketing campaigns and report on results and recommendations.
- Manage your digital marketing budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with consumer and/or lifestyle brands preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of website management, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Experience with WordPress and be able to make updates outside of the codebase
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and principles.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills preferred
Better to have:
- Experience with retail syndication platforms such as Syndigo or Salsify.
- Migrated electronic communication platform
- I have managed an agency with a website redesign/overhaul.
- DTC channel management experience

Salary: Up to 75,000/year depending on experience
