Senior Digital Marketing Communications Specialist
Full-time in-house position – Kenilworth Cape Town
At least 4 years of work experience in digital communications required
Basic salary according to experience + company benefits + commission pay

We're looking for the ultimate digital communications unicorn. You'll be able to create engaging content across multiple platforms and applications that will secure new clients for our award-winning customer experience company.
Candidates will have successful experience in creating digital strategies (getting their ideal customers to buy), excellent writing skills (both long and short), SEO content writing skills, and knowledge of communication in the B2B space. must be.

Job duties include:
- Create, adjust, and adapt your content to maximize your SEO across all our platforms
- SEO copywriting
- LinkedIn Marketing (Paid Content/Advertisement)
- Conceptualize and create engaging and interesting content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
- Writing a proposal (working within the template and adjusting the writing style to be nuanced to suit the client)
- Collaborate with creative design team to maximize communication effectiveness
- Create and maintain Mailchimp campaigns
- Concept and write your monthly email newsletter
- Create a copy for normal client communication
- Copy editing and proofreading
The ideal candidate will have a knack for taking comprehensive customer experience (CX) concepts and distilling them into simple, short, and interesting messages that current and prospective clients will want to read. (Think of it as edutainment meets Daily Maverick-type copying). This talent requires a solid understanding of the B2B space and a deep knowledge of his SEO best practices with copy woven throughout the content. Since LinkedIn is an important part of our communication strategy, we will only consider applicants who have experience using his LinkedIn as a platform to maximize lead generation.
Lastly, we are looking for people with ideas who are empathetic, driven, and passionate about the CX industry.
A background in PR or journalism is a big plus.
