Mr. Midanek previously served as Kinetic's Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy, Analytics and Pricing, a role he assumed in September 2023. In that role, Mr. Midanek was responsible for developing Kinetic's customer acquisition strategy, priorities, and pricing, working across departments including Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and Sales. and the broader organization.
Mr. Midanek joins Kinetic from Bain & Company, where he spent nine years as a management consultant, working with leading companies in communications, media, and other industries on customer strategies related to subscriber acquisition, retention, and delivery. His educational background includes an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
