Mattel and Heinz have teamed up to release a limited edition Heinz Classic Barbecue Sauce.
The pink vegan mayonnaise and barbecue sauce comes in the wake of last year's Barbie movie craze and comes in time to celebrate the toy brand's 65th anniversary.
Just like the Barbie brand, the Barbie-Q sauce bottle is bright pink and the sauce contains matching beet extract to achieve Barbie's signature pink color.

Before the release, Heinz hinted at a possible collaboration last August, asking fans in an Instagram statement if they “should make this dream team a reality.”
Thiago Rapp, director of Taste Elevation, said: “Barbie won the hearts of the British public once again last year, and after seeing the reaction this sauce has had with fans on social media, we've made it a reality. I thought I had to do it,” he said. At Heinz.
“We're always innovating and looking for ways to give our fans what they want, and we're excited to bring this iconic partnership to fruition with Mattel.”
The BBQ sauce is currently available on the Heinz website for customers in the UK and Spain. Only 5,000 bottles are available.
Fans who missed out can instead look forward to it being available exclusively at supermarket Tesco and retailer Ocado from May this year.
“This partnership with Heinz opens new avenues for Barbie fans to bring the world of Barbie home. Last summer, we worked quickly with Heinz to bring the Heinz Classic Barbecue Sauce possibilities to life in digital format. So it's very exciting now that you can have a physical product in your cupboard,'' Mattel said of consumer products, publishing and location-based entertainment. said Ruth Enriquez, Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
“This collaboration embodies the spirit of innovation and fun that both Mattel and Heinz are known for, and we can't wait for our fans to enjoy this delicious and unique product.”
Last year, Mattel and gaming fans brought Barbie doll and her dream house to Roblox. The experience, also known as “Barbie's Dreamhouse Tycoon,” was available for free on Roblox across most platforms and devices.
As part of the experience, Roblox players can create new styles with unique fashion items and accessories and express their inner Barbie through highly customizable avatars. The experience was also equipped with diverse customization options, including nine different skin tones and various body types, 15 facial and makeup configurations, and an array of hairstyles.
“There have been so many amazing versions of Barbie doll released over the years, so we're excited to give Barbie, one of the world's best-selling toys and a fashion icon for over 60 years, the opportunity to step into Roblox. “We felt this was the right time for us,” said Mike DeLaet, Mattel's global head of digital games.
