Nicole Shea has been named director of sales and marketing for the Hall Park Hotel, a new Autograph Collection hotel in Frisco scheduled to open in the fall.
In his new role, Xie will be responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic direction of all sales and marketing activities for the new hotel.
Xie has over 20 years of experience as a sales leader. Before joining Hall Park Hotel, she served as a sales associate and director at Omni Dallas Hotel & Convention Center.
He began his career as Group and Catering Sales Manager at the five-star Furama Hotel Dalian in Northeast China, and held senior sales and event management positions at Hilton, Hyatt, and Omni Hotels & Resorts. Hyatt Hotels & Resorts named Ms. Xie her “Manager of the Year,” and Omni Hotels & Resorts recognized her as her 8th consecutive President's Circle Award recipient.

According to the company, Hall Park Hotel, Autograph Collection features a carefully selected collection of contemporary art from local and internationally renowned artists.
The hotel has 224 guest rooms, including 60 spacious suites with stunning views of Kaleidoscope Park. Additionally, the hotel will feature 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, as well as a chef-driven restaurant and lounge.
The Autograph Collection hotel, owned by Dallas-based Hall Group and operated by Cooley Hospitality, is currently under construction. hole park's extensive $7 billion master plan creates a vibrant work and play community.
Hall Group said the Hall Park development is being reimagined to integrate Frisco's business, sports, arts and culture and provide a dynamic community experience.
The “art and wine boutique hotel” is Hall Group's second arts-focused hotel in North Texas, following Hall Arts Hotel, which opened in the Dallas Arts District in late 2019.

The Trinity Park Conservancy last week announced plans for the $325 million Harold Simmons Park, a 250-acre park along the Trinity River near downtown. It is named after the late billionaire businessman whose wife Annette Simmons donated his $50 million to the park in 2016. The park is located just west of downtown Dallas, between the Margaret McDermott Bridge and the Ronald His Kirk Bridge.
