Conrad takes a deep dive into how law firms should vet digital marketing agencies, including what to look out for.

Conrad then discusses branded vs. non-branded queries and how understanding that concept impacts managing vendor relationships (21:18).
Finally, Conrad discusses how digital marketing agencies share data with competing law firms, even inadvertently, when working with law firms in the same practice area or co-location. We discuss the possibilities (29:13).
If you feel like your digital marketing agency is controlling you, listen to this podcast to better understand the relationship.
