The annual Property, Investment and Infrastructure Conference will be held in Leeds from 21st to 23rd May 2024, with Marketing Manchester coordinating attendance at the Manchester event.
Victoria Braddock explained that for Greater Manchester, participating in the conference was to raise its profile and “underline that it is currently the most exciting and fastest growing city region in the UK”. did.
“This is an opportunity to set out our vision for the future and start a conversation about how we can drive investment to make it a reality,” she added.

The managing director said Manchester as a whole was “growing rapidly”.
“We have always been a business hub, and as our reputation in key sectors grows, so too does the demand for office and commercial space. Last year, our region became home to a number of global companies including Starling Bank, Valoop, Safety Culture and Vanguard. The Ministry of Science and Innovation has occupied commercial space to accommodate local talent.
“According to Deloitte Crane Research, Manchester and Salford delivered 381,000 sq ft of office space last year and this momentum is not expected to slow down any time soon, with 2.2m sq ft of office space delivered next year. 19 percent is scheduled to be handed over 'already in pre-let,' Braddock explained.
Mr Braddock said New Bailey's Eden development would see the area “pushing the boundaries of what is possible in commercial space” and would become “one of the greenest office buildings in Europe”.
A number of schemes will be showcased at UKREiiF, including Atom Valley, a mayoral development area covering Oldham, Bury and Rochdale, which is set to create a “world-leading innovation cluster in advanced materials and manufacturing”.
Alongside the recently announced MIX MANCHESTER, ID Manchester, another mixed-use innovation precinct scheme by Bruntwood SciTech and the University of Manchester, will also be featured.
