The long-awaited finalists of the esteemed Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2024, organized by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, have been announced. The list of outstanding nominees is now publicly available on the award program's official website.
Finalists in the 12th edition of this long-running program are honored and recognized for exemplary strategy and execution in loyalty, engagement, and relationship marketing.
This year's event featured 48 open categories, with the return of popular classics along with the introduction of exciting new features such as “Best Loyalty Program Integrations” and “Best Use of User-Generated Content.” Additionally, the prominent agency has the chance to win the coveted Agency of the Year title across three different themes: Loyalty, Engagement and Relationship Marketing. Brands that demonstrate excellence across all categories will be awarded the prestigious title of L&E 2024 Brand of the Year.
The Loyalty and Engagement Awards' rigorous judging process was conducted by a panel of 29 eminent marketing experts from across the region.
From the judging panel, Sushil Katdare, GSK's CX Director for Greater China and Intercontinental, praised the entries, which showcase industry leaders' exceptional skills in navigating the loyalty and engagement space. Did.
