Michael Innocentine has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer by Dallas-based Omni Hotels & Resorts, where he is responsible for planning, developing and managing all brand marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, social media, website, website, etc. He will be responsible for overseeing implementation. Mr. Innocentine will also lead Omni's customer engagement and Select Guest loyalty programs. He will report directly to Omni's Chief Commercial Officer, Jeff Dorn.

Innocentin's career spans over 20 years in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Omni, Innocentin served as senior vice president of commercial projects at Fairmont Hotels. He has also held various leadership positions at Accor, including Senior Vice President of North American Marketing and Vice President of North American E-Commerce and Digital.
In these roles, Innocentine oversaw marketing and digital strategy across multiple brands and geographies. He developed pre-opening strategies and marketing plans for major hotel openings, launched experiential campaigns, and managed digital marketing, e-commerce, and online reputation management. He has also worked on loyalty, partnerships and retail experiences for the Fairmont brand.
