The role of AI
Leanne asks Constantine, “What technological advancements is your platform currently working on as it relates to AI? Because if you're going to provide a high-touch experience, what are some of the things affiliates can expect when working with AFFTER?”
Constantine explains: “Speaking of AI, the area where AI can really help and improve the experience is essentially the financial payment process. We decided to focus our AI improvements first on our affiliate chatbot and on our internal processes within the team, optimizing our approach to affiliates, how we solve problems so that there are no bottlenecks or obstacles, and what can be managed by AI without taking up human time. – Affiliate manager's.
“It's not just a Google problem anymore”
AFFTER’s technology has been built, enhanced and developed to meet the needs of the various partners who operate on the platform. Leanne asks: “So, what about you? We specialize in SEO affiliate marketing, which has been the backbone of our industry for a long time. However, at the recent Amplify Summit a few weeks ago, we discussed how the rules of engagement are changing and customers are now using the internet and all social channels to find offers. So it's not just about Google anymore. I know SEO is an area you specialize in, so I'd like to ask you specifically about how SEO has changed over the past five years.”
“We can say that the so-called SEO affiliate space is shrinking every year. Of course, the reasons for this are Google updates, more precise measures taken by some regulatory bodies, etc. But when it comes to SEO affiliates, it's also a question of quality or quantity. It's true that there are fewer and fewer players from SEO sources, but that doesn't mean they're of poor quality. So you can rest assured that SEO is still a reliable source of players with a high LTV,” says Constantine.

Of course, you need to help with that and market yourself at conferences. - “As technology develops, other avenues, other channels develop. We have to evolve with the trends.”
- “The trend right now is that tier 1 is already exhausted by the competition. You have to go into tier 2, tier 3, probably the poorest countries in the world that have the lowest LTV. But it makes a lot more sense than going into tier 1 countries.”
