Mario Maesano has been named vice president of marketing for Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City. A South Jersey native, Maesano is a marketing professional with nearly 30 years of dedicated experience and expertise as a gaming industry executive.
“Mario's extensive knowledge of the industry and the South Jersey region, combined with his leadership and expertise across high-level casino properties, will add tremendous value to Borgata and further the continued growth and success of our organization,” said Niklas Ritterstrom, president and chief operating officer, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. “We are pleased to welcome Mario as the newest member of our team and know that his marketing expertise will continue to increase awareness of our brand and position this property as a leader in Atlantic City.”
Mr. Maesano joins Mr. Borgata from his previous role as Chief Marketing Officer at Graton Resort & Casino in Sonoma County, California, where he oversaw all marketing and sales operations at one of California's largest casinos.
In his new role, Mr. Maesano will oversee overall tactical marketing efforts across properties, including ongoing brand development, entertainment, special events and promotions, guest services, charter programs, media strategy, community, and public relations for MGM. We will promote the development and implementation of Resort property.

Maesano holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA from the Williams College of Business at Xavier University.
