Duke Energy has selected nine central Indiana economic development organizations for its 2024 Partnership Program, which will fund marketing and strategic initiatives to attract new jobs and investment to the communities it serves. Selected.

The Noblesville grant will support the launch of a print and digital marketing campaign aimed at generating interest from target industries, brokers and developers in investing in Noblesville’s Innovation Mile, a nearly 600-acre development adjacent to Interstate 69.
“Economic development plays a critical role in the long-term growth and prosperity of our state,” said Erin Schneider, managing director of business development for Duke Energy Corp. “Through these grants, we're proud to support our local economic development partners as they work to market their communities to site selectors and businesses around the world in new and creative ways.”
Partnership Program grants can be used to support a wide range of marketing efforts, including trade show participation, website redesigns, promotional materials, and presentations and tours to introduce prospective businesses and site selectors to the community. .
To be considered for the program, each applicant must submit a plan that will directly impact the economic growth of their community. Grant amounts range from $4,050 to $10,000 depending on the size and scope of the project.
