Cold-pressed juices and mixers are sold to establishments nationwide as a B2B channel, as well as to consumers at home through e-commerce and retail. The team is a startup and remote environment. What is this position in simple terms?
This candidate will be the digital marketing leader for the Twisted Alchemy network, channels and more. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of digital content creation for the company and support our small but powerful marketing team in leveraging limited resources to support revenue growth. This position must be self-driven and able to respond quickly and creatively to the changing needs of startups. Experience working on social media platforms including content development for a food/beverage brand is essential. You will also need the ability to be flexible, fast-paced, organized, accountable, collaborative and deeply committed with a “can-do” mentality as we build a purposeful company during these exciting times.
things to do:
- You will support the digital marketing strategy of an award-winning juice brand in an ever-expanding market, leveraging existing assets and creating new content as needed to increase brand awareness and build revenue.
- Oversee website management on Shopify and support ongoing work with website coding partners.
- You will be the driver of the digital/social calendar for all networks and work with the marketing team to strategize and align.
- As is common in our startup and growth environment, we tackle last-minute design needs that arise from time to time.
- Write blogs for SEO, post on social networks and websites, and include links in emails.
- We can run and manage social media management with content support from freelancers/photographers and be able to run photo shoots in-house if required.
- Lead influencer management and execution of influencer programs (white label advertising)
- Planning and executing events and supporting trade show activities with the sales team
- Oversee existing asset management using Adobe software, Canva, Google Drive, and more.
- You will work with paid media partners and email/SMS marketing partners to develop calling strategies, plan promotional schedules, and monitor results in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Execute creative content including copy, design and video and oversee freelance designers and content creators.
- Compile and create decks, flyers and graphics for business-to-business use.
- You need to understand every aspect of every product, know your brand inside and out, and be able to convey the voice and essence of your brand in all your communications.
- Sell B2B, D2C, e-commerce products – with great ability to switch voice and customer targeting depending on your campaign and needs
- Support brand partnerships and collaborations with spirits brands, non-alcoholic beverage partners and other collaborations and giveaways.
- You will conceive and coordinate collaborations with the restaurants, bars, hotels and stadiums we market to, as well as bartenders, mixologists and F&B directors to produce curated campaigns and content.
- You will dive deep into the cocktail and mocktail industry and learn how to expand to more customers and increase your sales.
Eligibility:
- 2-4 years of specialized experience in social media, digital media and marketing (experience in the food and beverage industry preferred).
- Experience working with internal partners and external agencies/partners/talent, including PR agencies, email marketing, digital advertising/paid media.
- Experience with social media management, social listening, community engagement, and social analytics tools such as Sprout Social and LinkTree.
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Experience and knowledge of graphic design using Canva and Adobe Creator Suite
