We produce over 50 physical and digital albums per year and have an impressive back catalogue of over 2,000 recordings. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team and help develop the digital revenue for the business.

- Paid campaign management for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Deep knowledge of streaming environments, DSPs and playlists
- Knowledge of the mobile digital environment
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Linkfire is an advantage • Experience with SEO/SEM.
Primary Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Marketing Manager in creating, implementing and following up on cost-effective, innovative and impactful digital tools and marketing campaigns for labels and their artists.
Social Media Management:
- Maintain and develop the label’s daily social media activity including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram accounts.
- You will help execute targeted Facebook, Twitter and Instagram campaigns according to agreed budgets and goals, analysing results and reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- Build, discuss and execute digital marketing plans including contests, third party promotions and special back catalogue campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and innovations and explore opportunities to grow your social media presence.
Streaming Strategy:
- You will coordinate the label’s streaming presence by updating profiles, creating playlists, promoting new releases and participating in developing dedicated campaigns in consultation with marketing managers, artists and digital aggregators.
- We create and regularly update best practice tutorials to help artists grow their streaming presence and maximise their digital revenue.
- We analyze your traffic across major platforms and provide recommendations.
Website Traffic:
- We stay up to date with the latest classical music industry trends and artist news to populate your website with relevant content and visuals.
- Creating visual content for monthly offers and occasional advertising (display, video)
- We help drive traffic through dedicated campaigns including special promotions, AdWords, email marketing and creating monthly newsletters.
salary:
£22,000-27,000 depending on experience
