We are looking for: We are seeking a Mid-level Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
what will you do:
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across various digital platforms.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Atlas Finance products and services while ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, etc.) to increase traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- You will manage the company's digital channels, including websites, social media platforms and mobile apps, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, SEO optimized and meets business objectives.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and apply them to enhance your company's digital presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, IT, Operations) and external agencies to develop creative assets, landing pages, and other materials required for digital campaigns.
- Monitor and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effective spending and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital space.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
- Analyze and manage your customer lifecycle management portfolio
what do you need:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within the Financial Services or Retail industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies and best practices.
- Experience in PPC, SEO, SEM and social media management.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms would be an advantage.
