CHICAGO — CD One Price Cleaners, a Chicago-based dry cleaning franchise, is offering spring cleaning customers deals and promotions through a new digital game.
The digital game “Spring Cleaning,” which the company developed last month, is part of the franchise's efforts to find innovative ways to interact with customers.
“We developed the 'Spring Cleaning' game to find a fun and engaging way to connect with and educate our customer base,” said Jonathan Reckles, vice president of marketing for CD One. states. “The game allows us to showcase all our spring-specific services, including dry cleaning, washing and folding, leather jacket cleaning, winter boot cleaning and area rug cleaning. We can highlight our incredible value and service, providing our customers with fun ways to engage and great promotions at lightning speed.”
Reckles, who spearheaded the game's development, is also looking to help the dry cleaning industry as a whole by making the game available to ARYA Cleaners in the San Diego area.
“This game is valuable to us because it is a fun and creative way to interact with our customers and offer promotional giveaways,” said Sassan Rahimzadeh, president of ARYA. “From a business perspective, this is a great way to educate consumers about our services.”
This game is one of many moves CD One is making in 2024. CD One plans to open five of his new stores throughout Chicagoland over the next few months.
