IIFL Securities has appointed Pooja Menon Vadiya as its new Vice President, Digital Marketing. She previously worked as her AVP of Digital Marketing Department at Kotak Life.

Prior to this, Vadiya was AVP (Digital Marketing) at Kotak Life from 2020 to 2024. She spearheaded all digital marketing efforts for the company's online business, including paid advertising, SEO, content, analytics, paid social, display campaigns, and performance. Prior to joining Kotak Life, he was a Digital Marketing Manager at Aditya Birla Capital from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016 he worked at iProspect as the Digital and Performance Marketing Account Manager. Vadiya also worked at Binary Web. From 2013 to 2015, she served as Head of Social Media and Communications at Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to joining Binary, she was a digital marketing account manager at Customer Centria from 2012 to 2013.
Prior to Customer Centria, he was a marketing and business development project executive at Direxions from 2011 to 2012. She holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management, Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management. Vadiya also pursued the Executive Education Program in Digital and Social Media Marketing and Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management.
