- We outline AiSensy's journey in the WhatsApp marketing space, highlighting the challenges it faced upon entry and how the company's vision continues with significant milestones such as processing over 1 billion messages and being recognized as an “Emerging WhatsApp Partner of 2023.” Could you please explain in detail how it evolved?
We have been in the WhatsApp marketing space for nearly three and a half years. We pivoted to WhatsApp from chatbot startup Triny and built our WhatsApp engagement platform to help businesses with their WhatsApp marketing and engagement. Initially, we called ourselves His WhatsApp Chatbot, Marketing and Engagement Platform. A breakthrough moment for us came when we saw companies generating significant revenue using AiSensy. It was very moving for us. We have evolved our vision to not only connect customers and businesses, but also to help businesses drive revenue with AiSensy. That has been our vision ever since. We have made a lot of progress with these notes. We've built many of our features around the same philosophy: anything that brings you more revenue is a goal to achieve. As a result, our company was able to reach his 1 billion message mark and received the award of Meta's “Emerging Partner of the Year 2023”. - What makes AiSensy different from its competitors in the crowded WhatsApp marketing market?
We innovate in many areas to differentiate ourselves from our competitors. - Can you tell us more about how AiSensy addresses the evolving needs of modern businesses beyond mass messaging with WhatsApp functionality?

- How does AiSensy prioritize and use customer feedback to drive product development and improvement?

- Could you highlight some of the past successful innovations by AiSensy that will shape AiSensy's future strategy?
Last year, we launched Native Ads Manager, which helps businesses seamlessly run Click to WhatsApp ads on Facebook and Instagram. Our Ads Manager product is used by over 3,500 businesses to generate leads at 1/5th the cost. The second is how to build a campaign management engine. Customers who migrated from other known platforms saw their conversion rates jump three times as much because of the way his manager designed the campaign. As I mentioned earlier, this platform is intuitive and smart enough to take the next best step. If you play around with it a bit, you'll see that a conversion is happening.
- How does AiSensy measure success beyond traditional metrics, and what other metrics does the company consider important?
With each large-scale campaign, we ensure customer feedback on how revenue is growing, how satisfied customers are, and how much they trust AiSensy. Measure.
The second is how quickly we embrace recently introduced features. We have seen over 500 businesses start using and operating WhatsApp Payments within 3 days of its launch. This gives us a lot of direction.
- Looking ahead, how will AiSensy integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI with customer feedback to shape future innovations and products?
Today, as ChatGPT dominates our lives, we are inventing multiple innovations in AI. First, through AI, we help businesses generate WhatsApp template messages that can be optimized to increase click rates, open rates, and response rates. Through your business's previous campaign data, you can further highlight the right customer cohort to target and help increase ROI. We believe that AI will play a key role in helping companies grow their revenue by 1.5-2x, and that is our goal.
Next, we focus on building a strong product to help companies drive acquisitions into growth and further monetization. In a sense, you can create and run Click to WhatsApp ads from the acquisition platform, further build chatbots and native forms, retarget customers and collect payments all in his one platform .
