“We are very excited about our new partnership with St. Leonard to host the event in conjunction with the City of Centerville. Additional space and easy access to the Centerville Merchant Market on the St. Leonard Campus We think this year’s event will be the best yet because of the access,” said Jessica Olson, Marketing Director for Downtown Centerville and Washington Township.
Most of the businesses participating in this event are women-owned and focus on furniture, boutique clothing, home décor, handmade items, and unique finds. Local breweries will also be selling beer and wine, with a portion of alcohol sales going to local charities.
New to the event is an expanded children's play area consisting of lawn games and bubble cannons. Fairytale princesses and superheroes will greet you. Beckels' humidor also sponsors a “husband daycare” area for adults, complete with cigars and games.
Free raffle tickets will be given out at some booths at the event. These tickets can be redeemed for a chance to win prizes totaling over $2,000 from vendors. The first 500 customers will also receive a free canvas shopping bag.
