Reckitt, a leading consumer health and hygiene company, has appointed Kanika Kalra as Regional Marketing Director, Health and Nutrition, Reckitt South Asia. In this role, Kalra will lead the marketing strategy for Reckitt's portfolio of health and nutrition brands in India and other South Asian markets.
Kalra brings more than 20 years of experience driving consumer, consumer technology and marketing practices across a myriad of sectors including personal care, beauty, food and beverage, fashion, e-commerce and more.
Prior to joining Reckitt India, Kalra was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked extensively in the firm's consumer, consumer technology, and marketing practices. She was also the managing partner of McKinsey's Mumbai office from 2020 until 2023 and spearheaded the construction of the firm's new Mumbai office. Kalra led McKinsey India's diversity and inclusion efforts.

Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked with Snapdeal, Unilever in personal care, PepsiCo, and GSK Consumer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from her Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and her PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
