Creative and digital agency LEWIS has acquired Tayburn in a six-figure cash and stock deal that combines almost a century of creative and digital expertise.
LEWIS is a globally based experiential digital marketing business focused on digital marketing and distribution, including design, strategic planning services, and online tools and website building.
Tayburn is a branding agency based in Scotland and Turkey, working across a range of specialist services including food and beverage and FMCG.
The two companies aim to partner to develop an agency model that allows customers to work directly with experts in the areas they need help with.
CEO David Lewis said: “Over the past year, we have been closely monitoring changes in the market and the evolving requirements of our customer base. After several strategic discussions, we are pleased to announce that we have acquired brand and design agency Tayburn. I am very happy.”

Lewis and Tayburn are now part of a newly formed group of companies called Limitless Innovation Group, but will continue to operate as separate brands. Partners say team members, approaches, contracts and service levels will not be affected, but clients will have access to a wider range of expertise without compromising their existing agency collaboration.
