Godel will support Network Digital Marketing (NDM) in delivering an enhanced technology platform aimed at helping key workers save money and improve their financial wellbeing.
NDM runs discount schemes across the health, care, education and charity sectors, giving its 3.3 million members access to free discounts and cashback across leading high street brands.
For over 20 years, NDM has been focused on connecting brands with members and helping members make their money work better. Now, NDM looks to accelerate the digital services it offers, introducing new features that will boost confidence in NDM's schemes among both network partners and members.
Simon Rowe, director of technology and product at NDM, said: “To accelerate the evolution of Network's technology platform, we wanted to implement and deliver a technology roadmap that could keep pace with overall business growth. The missing piece of the puzzle was a partner that could provide the technical expertise and governance we needed.”
“We chose Godel to help drive this roadmap, be a true collaborative partner and add value to the business through the services we offer. We also wanted the partnership to be like an extension of our in-house team, while leveraging the technical expertise that a partner of Godel's size and reputation can provide.”
Over the coming months, NDM will be launching a range of technology initiatives which will involve the Godel team that will significantly improve the experience offered to members across all channels, including the introduction of AI-based recommendations and personalised digital experiences, simplified access to the scheme's free cashback card and improvements to the mobile channel.
Rowe added: “We plan to take more radical steps to modernise both the member experience and the technology stack that enables it, executing a digital acceleration strategy that will allow us to harness the power of AI. A key enabler of our digital acceleration strategy will be productising our offer catalogue as a suite of consumable APIs and services to support the syndication of our offer catalogue across current and future channels.”
“By implementing these strategies, we hope to improve acquisition and conversion rates and increase retention by continually providing our members with personalized offers and experiences. The ultimate goal of these efforts is also to improve trust and loyalty in the membership program from both our members' and our partners' perspectives, ultimately offering our members a wider range of competitive discounts and enabling them to get even more value out of their dollars in this tough economic climate.”
Gareth Ainsworth, CEO of Godel, added: “This is already a strong partnership built on collaboration and shared values between our two organisations and we look forward to seeing how the relationship grows over time as we help deliver on a roadmap that will improve NDM's platform and deliver significant benefits to our members.”
