- Set up the official JMU podcast feed in your central JMU iTunes account.
- Manages the j.mu and beingthechange.org domains
- Create and manage shortened URLs, QR codes and redirects
- Prioritize and delegate projects and tasks to your digital marketing team.

- Assist with structuring strategic emails and writing email copy for specific departments.
- Work with Advancement Training staff to help JMU faculty learn email best practices and systems.
- Analyze the quality and brand consistency of your outgoing emails.
- Use email analysis and research to improve the effectiveness of email communications and interpret those analyses for JMU faculty and staff.
- Run A/B tests on your emails to understand your audience's behavior.
- Design effective and flexible email templates.

- Regularly audit high-priority websites to ensure quality and effectiveness.
