New DelhiDigiPivot, Google's upskilling programme aimed at equipping women professionals with digital marketing skills, on Monday announced it has opened applications for its fifth batch of 400 participants.
The program invites applications from young and mid-career professionals with up to 18 years of experience, women on a career break with up to eight years of experience, and women entrepreneurs.
Applications can be registered and submitted at dp.myavtar.com by the deadline of July 7.
“We're committed to building a more inclusive workforce by providing targeted, purpose-driven and meaningful support to our employees,” said Madhuri Duggirala, VP of gTech ads at Google.
“Google mentors will continue to incorporate the latest AI products into the advertising skills development curriculum to help graduates make confident and informed career transitions,” she added.
Developed in collaboration with Avtar and the Indian School of Business, this free 22-week virtual skills development program aims to help current and future women leaders pivot their careers into digital marketing.

She also said that a career shift into digital marketing – with the flexibility to work remotely, high income potential, global opportunities, the potential to make a social impact and leveraging in-demand digital competencies – is a surefire path to career success.
