We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive demand and increase lead generation. This is a performance-driven role so the ideal candidate should have a proven track record and demonstrable history of successfully developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, email, social media and content marketing in the B2B SaaS industry with a focus on the US market.

Digital Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
- We develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive demand, quality leads, and website traffic.
- Research and identify your target audience and personas, then create an effective strategy to reach them.
- Effectively inform, attract, engage, guide, nurture and convert prospects through digital marketing initiatives.
SEO
- Work with a marketing agency to conduct keyword research and analysis to improve your lead generation content and boost your search rankings.
- Monitor and identify keyword gaps and benchmark against competitors' performance to drive improvement.
- Drive organic traffic, generate marketing-friendly leads, and increase conversions through targeted SEO, engaging content, and optimized user experience.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, images, etc.
- Track and analyze website performance and SEO metrics.
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Create engaging email content, including newsletters, webinar and event promotions, and automated drip campaigns focused on lead conversion.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of your email campaigns and optimize them for higher open, click-through, response, and conversion rates.
- Set up and optimize nurturing campaigns in HubSpot to keep leads engaged and move them through the sales process.
- Knowledge of and compliance with email marketing regulations.

- Develop quality content, digital assets and content calendars to attract qualified audiences and drive traffic, engagement and leads (blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, landing pages/web pages, infographics, etc.).
- Manage and grow your presence on social media platforms by creating and curating engaging content.

- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Actively brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition.
- Maintains current knowledge of digital marketing best practices, trends, strategies, and offerings.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) using metrics such as website traffic, leads and conversions.
