Nationally award-winning PR and digital marketing agency Bolt PR has appointed Jessica Balleu as its new Director of Digital Marketing.
According to a company statement, Balleu, a Dallas native, has 15 years of marketing experience across multiple platforms, specializing in brand development, content creation, social media marketing and lead generation.
In his new role, Ballew will oversee all creative and digital marketing activity, including web development, paid advertising, brand collateral and social media management.

Ballew previously served as Director of Marketing at The Freeman Company where he led go-to-market initiatives and managed campaigns with audience-centric digital marketing strategies, and as Senior Director of Marketing at communications services company Nexius where he was a key leader in the marketing team for SUCCESS Magazine, managing product development and marketing for the publishing and eLearning divisions.
Bolt said Balleu has worked with notable authors such as John C. Maxwell, Darren Hardy and Mel Robbins.
Throughout his career, Ballew has led rebranding efforts, spearheaded website development, managed paid advertising campaigns, and created effective marketing funnels. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he studied Business Administration.
Bolt said the PR firm works with organizations across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, F&B, spirits, franchise, health and wellness, consumer products, consumer tech and B2B tech. The firm leverages digital marketing, social media, content marketing and public relations to build integrated, data-driven campaigns that generate measurable ROI.
