Funfair Records is looking for a motivated and focused Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creative problem solving and experience working on multiple busy digital marketing campaigns within the label for a wide range of artists, primarily dance and pop. The candidate will report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside the Marketing Manager, Artists and Artist Managers.

- We create customized, compelling digital strategies to effectively grow music streams, video views, UGC, social media management and CRM/fan acquisition across your artists and labels.
- Partner with the core team to provide all the assets and data needed for social growth. Continuous evaluation of social strategy, increased focus on short-form video content such as TikTok/Reels/Shorts (aligned with overall strategy).
- We use data to create campaign strategies tailored to artists' key platforms, delivering engaging, consistent online communications to create an 'always on' experience for audiences.
- Develop and manage new and ongoing relationships with online partners, third-party agencies, content creators and influencers.
- We work collaboratively with artists, managers, marketing and digital team members and external agencies to bring your ideas to life.
- Monitor campaign and market changes in real time with a focus on industry, competitors and campaigns. Identify emerging trends and social media patterns and educate the entire team on how to incorporate them into artist campaigns.
- We help artists develop and optimize their online channels and communities (YouTube, TikTok, Discord, etc.).
- Ensures timely delivery of all digital aspects of marketing campaigns, within budget and in line with core project and approval route milestones.
- Maintain an expert level of knowledge on social platforms and social content, recommending new digital tools and partnerships to artist and label clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media agencies and participate in regular update meetings with department heads.
