Katie Price is reportedly facing a six-figure tax bill as she struggles to pay off her debts.
The 45-year-old former glamor model is said to owe HMRC £760,000 in unpaid tax, VAT and late payment penalties.
Court documents seen by MailOnline said it had “failed to comply with legal demands for immediate settlement payments”.
It added: “The debtor owes us a total of just and true debts of £761,994.05.
“To our knowledge, this request has not been complied with or ignored.”
Unpaid National Insurance and self-assessed tax is £535,700, with late payment penalties making up the bulk of the £40,000.
In addition, she owes more than £140,000 in unpaid VAT, on top of a VAT surcharge of around £10,000.
The £761,994 claim is believed to be for a “liquidation amount”, which suggests she may need to sell assets or property to free up her equity.
Katie was sent a payment request in October, but documents dated November 2023 show the request has not been complied with.
The case has been postponed until at least March of this year.
Last month, Katie avoided a sixth court hearing after a judge tried to end her bankruptcy case.
The Channel 4 reality star was due to appear on the bench next month to fight to save the so-called Mackie Mansion.
A hearing scheduled for London's Bankruptcy Court has been moved to the end of April.
Katie has been avoiding court for months after being sued six times since November 2021.
The model is fighting to save her £2m Sussex pad after racking up £3.2m of debt.
At her final hearing in September, Katie was expected to tell the court how she planned to repay the debt or otherwise prove that she needed it as an essential asset for her job.
But when she logged on to the webcam link, she began raging at the other people on the call before the hearing even started.
Katie claimed that members of the public were taking screenshots of her on a “shaming site” to “trick me”.
Cameras are not allowed in the courtroom, nor are screenshots of online hearings allowed, and arrests could result in prison sentences.
At the time, she told the judge: “Your photo has already been posted on this abusive website and is being talked about.
“My anxiety level is going up. There are people here who shouldn’t be here.
“I'm just protecting you guys and me.”
The woman, who attended the hearing online, told the court she was just a concerned member of the public, adding: “I'm not saying anything.” [up] Screenshots or something. ”
Katie retorted: “You came here to get rid of me. I’m scared to be here because of these people.
“These are terrible people. It makes me feel anxious… it makes me cringe.”
His Honor Judge Paul Greenwood then ordered everyone not present at the hearing to make the call private, acknowledging he had lost control.
He said: “I have no confidence that we will be able to maintain the control of public hearings and the prevalence of public hearings.
“I will exclude everyone who is not a party and will hear these brief instructions in private.
“We cannot say that the integrity of the hearing was not affected by the broadcast.
“I'm going to oversee it privately so that we can do that.”
“All non-parties must leave the meeting,” he added when later halting the case.
A legal notice previously placed on Katie's property prevents her from selling the house herself.
Officials from the UK Courts and Tribunals Department have given an April date for the case.
The Sun has contacted Katie's representatives for comment.
