TikTok's Series feature, previously available only to a select number of content creators, is now available to users in 94 countries. This feature allows creators to lock their exclusive content behind a paywall.
The series was first announced in March and allowed users to earn up to $190 on their video collection. Creators can also create longer videos of up to 20 minutes. On the other hand, regular TikTok videos have a 10 minute limit. In one series he can include no more than 80 videos.
To be eligible for monetization features, creators must meet several requirements. For example, he must be over 18 years old, live in one of the selected regions, have 10,000 followers, and have been in the account for 30 days. Additionally, she must have posted 3 public videos in the past 30 days and have reached her 1,000 views. If a user repeatedly violates her TikTok's community guidelines, that user will not be eligible.
In some cases, TikTok creators can have a minimum follower count of over 10,000. Creators with 1,000 followers can also apply, but must share links to premium girlfriend content they've sold via other platforms. Please note that this does not guarantee approval.
Users can apply for the series by visiting the Creator Center on the TikTok app.
In a post updated yesterday, TikTok said it will continue to enhance the ways creators can earn money on the app. The company said, “The series is in its early stages and we are continually exploring ways to improve the experience for our creator community and the way we reward creators. We look forward to hearing feedback from our community.”
Last month, TikTok launched two new creator funds. A creativity program for U.S. users who earn money with original videos of 1 minute or longer, and Effect Creator Rewards for users who create effects through the AR development platform.
