“They want people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset who can help them find and seize solutions and opportunities that impact their business,” he says. “Try interviewing with specific examples of how you have navigated new experiences, how you have worked and led teams in the past, and how you can apply these skills to your next role.” Please prepare.”
