LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–In its first European acquisition, PMG has acquired RocketMill, a leading independent full-service digital marketing agency based in the United Kingdom. Combining the strengths of PMG and RocketMill creates a human-first, customer-centric performance marketing company focused on driving responsible business impact for customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RocketMill is one of the UK's fastest growing independent full-service digital agencies. We bring an integrated approach to media, creative, customer experience, data and technology to help companies grow through marketing performance. The union will expand PMG's existing London base through a series of synergies, adding to his team of 200 employees across his two offices in Brighton and London. The technology that underpins both organizations also enhances their ability to move at the pace of data, business, culture and customer corridors.

RocketMill is his second acquisition in PMG's 13-year history and the first in Europe for Dallas-based Camelot Strategic Marketing, one of the largest independent buyers of video, OTT and CTV. & Media follows his October acquisition.
PMG CEO and Founder George Postefanov will lead the combined organization and drive the vision and ambition of PMG, which employs approximately 900 people around the world.
