We are looking for a data-driven digital marketing specialist to join us on our future growth journey. It's an exciting time at HoMie as we invest in the e-commerce space and continue to grow the label as a national and international streetwear brand.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a performance marketing role that will optimize HoMie's digital channels to deliver a great customer experience and help grow online sales. They develop and execute digital advertising, bespoke eDMs and website updates. This person will work with our content team to develop new and engaging content for all digital channels. They help digital marketing managers build new automated CRM lifecycle journeys to increase customer retention and drive repeat purchases.
- Campaign Planning: Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop a digital marketing plan for seasonal clothing drops and small-scale campaigns.
- Content Development: Work with the Creative Director and Content Coordinator to develop engaging digital content (for eDM, advertising, and websites) including graphic design support.
- Running ads: Create ad content (assets and copy) and run them using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Copywriting: Develop compelling, personalized copy that resonates with diverse segments by tailoring messages to different lifecycle stages and preferences.
- Build and send a custom eDM: Design and launch one campaign eDM per week.
- Automated Workflow Management: Supports digital marketing managers with building, maintaining, and optimizing automated customer lifecycle journeys.
- Segmentation: Analyze customer data and insights to develop segmentation strategies that deliver personalized experiences.
- Campaign analysis and optimization: Perform in-depth analysis, optimization, and reporting on your CRM campaigns and automation workflows. Improve campaign performance with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update customer reviews, 'Shop the Look' and 'Goes Well With'.
- Upload Product Assets: For each garment drop, create a product page and upload assets from your eCOM shoot.
key skills
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role (preferably in an e-commerce environment).
- Proven ability to drive sales and results through online advertising, campaign optimization, and automated workflow management.
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Shopify, and Braze.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Positivity, energy and the ability to take initiative.
- A keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to stay up to date with digital trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
