Mobile network Giffgaff has selected Splendid Communications after a competitive bidding process. The agency will work with Gifgaf's in-house team to provide strategic and creative communications for the brand's key growth stages.
Splendid's remit includes creative campaigns, news media capabilities, crisis communications and stakeholder engagement. In addition, creative and strategic activities drive the mobile operator's entire product range and brand objectives.
The account will be led by Jess Proudfoot, director of Splendid.

In 2023, Giffgaff launched its latest brand strategy called “We're Up to Good.” According to the network provider, its purpose is to: “Break the status quo” By leading the refurbished terminal market by offering alternative monthly contracts and pay-as-you-go offers. Gifgaff received his B Corp certification in the same year.
