Her move into the digital realm of marketing has allowed her to gain valuable insights and skills that will take her Margaritaville Beach resort's marketing efforts to new heights.

In addition, Usher is passionate about empowering women within the community. She served on the board of Our Mother's Home of Southwest Florida for seven years and currently serves as its president.
