Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to California (primary location) or New York (secondary location) for this opportunity. This position allows him to work remotely from two states, but requires him to travel to the Gallo facility as needed.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering digital strategies across the Gallo brand, with a focus on owned properties. This includes branded websites, social platforms, addressable audiences, and CRMs. Drive the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that achieve increased engagement, brand awareness, and revenue. We work with brands, internal and external teams to ensure our digital approach is aligned with brand pillars, marketing objectives and business objectives. You will oversee a team responsible for comprehensive program planning, briefing, and performance across CRM, including email marketing and online consumer journeys, SEO and website management, and social strategy and execution. Define digital marketing KPIs and lead the development, recommendation, and implementation of new opportunities that advance Gallo's digital capabilities and provide a competitive advantage for the winery. Serve as a change agent that introduces digital thinking and makes end-to-end consumer experience a priority for your organization.

• Provides expertise on current digital marketing industry best practices, overall digital trends, and competition in the alc/bev space.
• Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure digital marketing principles are incorporated.

minimum qualifications
• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of digital marketing experience reflecting increased level of responsibility.
