Julian Lewis, a highly touted sophomore quarterback from Carrollton High School (Carrollton, Ga.), has finally stepped into the NIL space. The USC commit is probably the best recruit in the 2026 class, and the contract he just signed reflects that.
On3's Pete Nakos reports that Lewis has agreed to a partnership with Leaf Trading Cards. The deal was brokered by Everett Sports Marketing, but Lewis does not appear to be an official representative of ESM.
“This is a pretty hefty six-figure deal per signing for the value of a first-round quarterback in the NFL,” ESM's Dan Everett told On3.
Leaf Trading Cards has signed deals with some of the biggest names in college sports, including LSU gymnast Olivia Dunn, South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler, and Heisman Trophy-winning USC quarterback Caleb Williams. I'm here.
Lewis may have been growing impatient with the speed at which Georgia was moving on the NIL front. His patience finally paid off. But Lewis' best football is still ahead of him. Given the value of this contract with the Leafs and Lewis' excellent social media presence, one might expect him to set a new standard for evaluating high school and eventually college NIL contracts. unknown.
